Who provides the cleaning products?

We provide all the necessary cleaning products for each session to ensure a thorough and effective clean. If you have a specific cleaning product in that you would like us to use, please don't hesitate to let us know, though the cost of the requested product will be added to your amount owed. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Are you insured?

Our employees are insured to cover any damages or breakages that may occur during a visit.

I have an inside dog. Is that a problem?

Welcome to our pet-friendly service! We understand the importance of ensuring a safe and efficient experience for both you and your furry friends. When you receive your quote, please check the notes for any information regarding pets in your home. After all, we want to make sure everyone feels comfortable during our visit!

Do I have to be home when you are cleaning?

No, we only need access to your home through a door code, key box, or a preferred way you would want us to come into your home. If you want to be home, then that is no problem!

How do I pay for my cleaning service?

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including cash, checks, debit and credit cards contactless payments like Apple Pay, and pay links sent directly to your phone. Choose the option that works best for you!

Can I get a quote over the phone, or do you have to come to my house or business?
